The aggregate pre-feeding system is our alternative solution to the loading ramp, and the loading ramp is necessary for the loader to load the hopper. If an aggregate pre-feeding conveyor is used in our concrete mixing plant, there is no need to construct a loading ramp for the loader. Therefore, the infrastructure investment on the job site and the fuel consumption of the loader are reduced to a minimum.
Our pre-feeding system can be used in all types of our concrete factories. The Polygonmach aggregate pre-feeding system is equipped with a remote control and a CCTV system integrated into the concrete equipment control system, so the system can be easily controlled and operated by the concrete equipment operator.
Our aggregate pre-feeding system is divided into two types: mobile type and fixed type. Just like our concrete mobile equipment, the mobile system can only be moved by vehicles.
